Return Policy

General Return Information

Customer satisfaction is a top priority for Swimming Canada. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase the information below will outline the steps for exchanges and returns.

Prior to sending back your item to Swimming Canada, please contact shop@swimming.ca  with the reason for the return. 

If an item is not to your satisfaction, it can be returned within 30 days of the order date to our store for a refund of the purchase price.  The date that the original item is received to our store is considered the return date.  There will be no refund for any bonus material purchased (shipping, handling, gift wrap, or any other charges).   When the item is returned, it must be unused/unworn, tag still attached.  The package should include the original paperwork.  

The refund will be granted once the item has been returned to Swimming Canada’s store and has been properly inspected. The refund payment will be then put back on the card in which the item was purchased.

Swimming Canada is not responsible for return charges such as shipping, handling, gift wrap.

Return Exceptions

Any personalized items or special order items are non-refundable. Special orders include any ticket or group merchandise sales. These items are considered Final Sale.

If an item is purchased on sale than it is considered Final Sale and there will be no eligibility for a refund.

Any accessories cannot be returned and will only be considered if deemed defective.

Incorrect, Damaged or Defective Items

If an item purchased is damaged item upon arrival, please contact the store immediately for information as to receiving a new item. If the Merchandise Department is not contacted prior to the return of the item, then Swimming Canada will claim no responsibility to the damaged item.

General Return Information

Canada is not responsible for the cost of returning an item. The customer must be responsible for any freight costs if a shipment is rejected. 

Please allow up to 14 days for the status of your order to be changed.

Please allow up to 10 days for the refund to return to your account. 

If an item is out of stock, it may take time to be restocked, or an exchange of a similar item will be arranged if possible.

Swimming Canada is not responsible for any purchase that is damaged or lost in transit. If this situation occurs, contact your mailing provider for information.
